Of course I had to find a good looking woman to photograph on our excursion yesterday. She was working on the SS Lane Victory. I tried to talk her into going over to the USS Iowa and posing but she wasn’t off duty until later.

Truly inspirering, but not just mannequins, my mother-in-law was a Rosie the Riviter. She built bombers at the Douglas plant in Tulsa. One of 19 million women working in the war effort during WW II.
