I know it is Election Day however it is also National Chinese Food Takeout Day!
To celebrate here is my close-up of Panda Express’ signature Orange Chicken, glistening in its tangy-sweet sauce. The crispy, golden-brown chicken pieces are perfectly coated, with flecks of orange zest and sesame seeds peeking through.
