Today, May 2nd is World Tuna Day. Established by the United Nations in 2016, World Tuna Day aims to draw attention to the declining tuna populations worldwide due to overfishing and increased demand. By 2027, the goal is to have tuna fished at sustainable levels, safeguarding not only the future of tuna but also to promote biodiversity conservation.

From this morning, 14 Sunspot regions make this the largest number so far in this Solar Cycle 25. These Sunspots have been throwing off Coronal Mass Ejections combimed with a fast Solar wind are causing strong geomagnetic storms on Earth. Here it is! National Animal Crackers Day, April 18th. The original manufacturer Stauffer’s Biscuit Company produced the first batch in 1871 in York, Pennsylvania. Stauffer’s is still making them and here they are.
