Muscles At The Movies

I have always loved this adaptation of a photograph I shot of bodybuilder John Hansen. It is the featured photograph for his Facebook group “Muscles At The Movies”. Check it out https://www.facebook.com/groups/459483167410883

Through The Lens

My photography will be in my 2nd show of the year so far at the Artists Council “Through The Lens” show at the Artists Center at the Galen in Palm Desert. It is a wonderful venue previously the East Valley location of the Palm Springs Art Museum. A departure from my past photography, this is very unique. The opening reception is March 14th at 4-6PM. Thanks!

Just Lucky

Just one of those times I was flying in the backseat of a P-51 Mustang at the Salton Sea and happened to end up next to a B-29 Superfortress. Lucky for me I had a camera.

“Masters Of The Air”

The long-awaited “Masters Of The Air” miniseries is released on Apple TV! It depicts the Airmen of the Eighth Air Force and the 100th Bomb Group flying B-17’s at Thorpe Abbotts England during World War II.

Here is some of my GoPro video flying in a B-17 Flying Fortress as it lands at the airport in Palm Springs California. Turn your sound up and watch for the ground shadow!

Take These Two Tablets

Take these two tablets and call me in the morning. Bodybuilder Ronnie Coleman making a grand entrance on stage for the finals at the 2006 Mr. Olympia competition. He won the Mr. Olympia title eight times.

That day Ronnie and I each arrived by limousine at the Orleans Arena very early. I was the photographer for Bodybuilding.com so we knew each other. As we walked in I asked him what it really felt like being at another Olympia. Among the things he said was that this was what God had intended for him. Ronnie is known for being very religious and I could tell that he was not bragging but actually feeling humble about it. It was truly a really nice moment I have remembered from my times in the bodybuilding industry.

Just Flying

This was always a fun thing to do. Flying right seat in the World War II C-47 “What’s Up Doc?”.

No Butter

Everybody loves popcorn. I had to photograph some.

Beautiful Women

I have certainly had the opportunity to photograph some incredibly beautiful women. Amber Flowers

I Had No Idea Then

I shot these photographs at an airshow in 2004. About 12 or 13 years later I would be flying in both of them. Thank You Tom and Mark!

Breaking The Rules

OK, now what do I do?
