So today I give you something even more decadent… The “Pretzel Baconator,” a unique creation from Wendy’s, showcases the restaurant’s signature approach to indulgent fast food. Founded by Dave Thomas in 1969, Wendy’s has grown to become the third-largest hamburger chain globally, boasting over 6,700 locations. This photograph captures the decadent layers of the Pretzel Baconator, featuring a soft pretzel bun, savory beef patties, crispy bacon, melted cheese, and tangy condiments, epitomizing Wendy’s innovative spirit and commitment to flavor. Let’s celebrate with a throwback to a true classic—the Jumbo Jack from Jack In The Box. 🍔 Introduced in 1971 to rival the Big Mac, this massive burger quickly made its mark in the fast food world. Fun fact: the only major change since then was swapping out Jack’s Secret Sauce for ketchup in 1999!

It is National Aviation Day, August 19th. Established by President Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1939. While I wasn’t around back then (lol), at 9 years old, I was already building model airplanes and hanging them from my bedroom ceiling. Fast forward, and I’ve had the incredible opportunity to fly in all kinds of World War II warbirds, biplanes, a jet fighter trainer, and both military and civilian helicopters. Aviation has truly been an amazing part of my life journey!

I started up the video component of my work again. I had let it lapse for some time. On July 10th I renewed it and have been uploading my first explorations in video. Mostly somewhat behind the scenes of my photoshoots. Handheld cameras, short video clips, somewhat explicit. I think today looking back, they are great fun. And I guess my viewers do too.
