A Favorite In Budapest
An all time favorite photo, accidentally had to be a selfie somewhat. I wanted to photograph and remember this photograph in the window of the then X6 Photo Gallery in Budapest. I love the original photo because of the scene, the car and the woman. My photo took in the photo, the reflection of the streets around the gallery and me. So many facets to this photo that just happened.

Behind The Scenes For Sure
Amy Jantz, who is too cute for words and more than beautiful, just could not resist a combination of selfie and behind the scenes photo. Offering to carry my camera bag as her husband Chris Jantz and myself walked out to the rocks at Venice Beach for more of his photo shoot early Sunday morning after his competition at Muscle Beach on July 4th. I thought she was just walking along behind us. Little did I suspect her mischievousness! Just too fun! Thank You Amy!

I Love Selfies! Jumping Off The Roof Like Superman…
I Love Selfies! And Eddie Medeiros did one that I think came out really cool. Working out, he set up his cellphone on timer and it is really fun! Eddie took to muscle building like many of us kids, regardless of what age or decade. Just like me many years before, he watched Superman and then tied a towel around his neck and jumped off things. I used to jump off the roof of our house! Then at 13 Eddie picked up weights and it has become his passion and his life. Reading and watching everything he could find. Coupled with his interest in art, Eddie has a different look on bodybuilding and it’s esthetics. But to best quote Eddie today, “Each Person is Different but we all have our Special Gifts and Talents to offer to help others to be what we are Meant to be in this Life!”. She Found The Gym!
I just love my best buddy Natalie Lyle. Some years ago, she started out as my Makeup Artist on my photo shoots and has been steadily with me ever since. The entire world of bodybuilding and fitness was new to her back then. Not the case any more! She lives and has fun with it and is doing more and more everyday. Over the last four months she has gone from beautiful with a rocking body and amazingly long legs to putting on some muscle to start sculpting down to her same self but solid with definition and the lines of an athlete. What an amazing women, you have to picture that she is 6 ft tall in her bare feet and just stunning. Loving her journey and looking forward to seeing more of the journey of Natalie Lyle!

I Love Selfies! Boston born and now in Maine, Sophia Mansora is one beautiful and educated individual who has found the world of fitness and fitness modeling and can’t get enough of it! Training last year took her to competing in Bikini and walking away with being in the spotlight with trophies and overall wins. I am predicting she is going to be doing good along with her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and working towards her Master’s Degree in Business. She Was Hanging Drywall
I Love Selfies! She said it’s hardly body revealing but she will do that next time when she has not been drywalling all day! Well I think Janet Crawford Wigginton is quite the eyeful anyway! A Mom of three who has been who has been remodeling for the last month which she says has gone a long way to remodeling herself as well. “Just so you know, counts as a workout!” Real time Janet works in ad sales for health and wellness magazines.
Important to her is realizing that everyone is different but everyone can maintain good fitness in their own way. Good eating habits, good sleep habits, lots of water! “Even if we aren’t perfect, or even close, we can’t give our families the best of us if we are performing at half mast. For the busiest, most overwhelmed of us, our own health is essential to the way our homies will present. Take nothing, especially YOU, for granted.” Well said Janet! I Love Selfies! And Her Success At Playboy And Guitar World!
I Love Selfies! And when Kathy Pack sent me so many I was hard pressed to pick just one! They are all fun! I am especially proud to know Kathy, I did her first professional photo shoot a few years ago. She told me about her hopes and aspirations about competing in a world of modeling that had been in the back of her mind for years. And you know what… those hopes and aspirations have all been coming true!
Those first photographs we shot got her featured in Guitar World Magazine. And she ended up winning as the 2013 Guitar World Buyers Guide Model. If you follow Guitar World you know that is really cool. She has gone on to be featured at events and projects at the Playboy Mansion, hosted events for the Oscars and now traveling around the country for photo shoots and video projects for Playboy, Guitar World and many more.
Success that started with the discipline from being a two time state champion gymnast and continuing to stay in shape with core fitness and her own pole fitness workouts. So I am very ecstatic to know Kathy and her success puts a huge smile on my face! As she says “Always believe in yourself and your dreams and your goals”.
